I recently stayed at the Residence Inn in Tempe for four nights and had a generally pleasing experience. The location felt very safe and was easy to walk to various restaurants and shops. I loved the room, it was clean and comfortable, equipped with everything needed. The amenities stood out, especially the hot tub and gym. The breakfast spread was exceptional, with a variety of options available each day. Staff members were consistently friendly and always greeted us with warm smiles. However, there were some hiccups. My reservation faced issues due to a mix-up with my name, which caused a bit of a hassle figuring it out. Also, I wish the housekeeping could have been more consistent throughout my stay. Despite those inconveniences, the overall experience at the Residence Inn was positive, making it a place I’d recommend to others who are visiting the area.

Great location near bars and restaurants with a beautiful mountain view. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for our needs. Breakfast was a highlight, offering different options daily, including delicious grilled vegetables. However, the computer in the business center had privacy issues, and the lack of shuttle service was disappointing.
